GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the operation of the Youra Spirits Sp. z o.o. online store, located at Gromadzka 24C, 30-714 Kraków, including the conditions for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
1.2. The store is operated by Youra Spirits Sp. z o.o. registered under NIP: 6793233741, REGON: 521322105.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS
2.1. The store sells alcoholic beverages only to persons who are of legal age, i.e. 18 years old and above.
2.2. Placing an order means the customer’s declaration of being of legal age. The seller has the right to verify the customer’s age before processing the order.
2.3. The store sells alcohol based on a valid alcohol sales license, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism.
2.4. Orders can only be placed by individuals who accept these terms and conditions.

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
3.1. Orders are processed within Poland.
3.2. The delivery of alcoholic beverages can only be made to a person of legal age, who is required to present an identity document upon delivery.
3.3. In case of refusal to present a document proving legal age, the delivery person has the right to refuse to hand over the goods, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery cost.
3.4. The order fulfillment time is 14 working days from the moment the payment is recorded.

PAYMENTS
4.1. The store allows payments via bank transfer, credit card, and online payment systems.
4.2. Prices listed in the store are in Polish zlotys and include VAT.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
5.1. The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the product in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transport.
5.2. Complaints should be reported via email to kontakt@youraspirits.pl within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
5.3. Due to the nature of the product, alcohol returns are only possible in case of defective or incorrect products being delivered.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
6.1. The administrator of customers’ personal data is Youra Spirits Sp. z o.o.
6.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling orders and customer contact.
6.3. The customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
7.2. The store reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, and changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
